You list here commands and info which is not related to PC<->router configuration. That all is about Router<->MCU link only. You have do define where the problem is. Can you communicate from PC to your router? What is IP addresses of your router/pc? Can you ping each of them from another device?

1) run ipconfig /all >ipconfig.log on your pc and post and post ipconfig.log here.
2) Run ifconfig on your router and post the reply here.

Definitely, that won't work. OR-WRT's configuration (the archive with configuration) differs from openWRT, 741 router is not (and is not going to be )supported by OR-WRT. The only way for you is to learn linux a bit and then reconfigure OpenWRT with your own needs. Also I recommend you replace your router with USB-equipped TP-LINK MR3020, then use our OR-WRT firmware.

Anyway, feel free to ask questions here.

That is windows command. You have to run it in the cmd window.

Congrats. I think you are going(or will be going) to connect web camera to the router. Note that dir320 has not so powerful cpu, it cannot comress video, so you should use mjpeg Compatible camera. It compresses the video with internal dsp. Look for logitech c100 - reasonable priced mjpeg camera

Serial output is already activated. It's transparently translated to tcp port 2000. Uart speed is 115200 by default.

I's not released, in fact.
You should:
1) make a car controlled by MCU
2) make a firmware for your MCU
3) connect it to router
4) learn Java
5) ask me for sources
6) modify them to meet your MCU commands
7) Run it
